Welcome to my website. My name is Karl Montevirgen, and I am a writer who specializes in finance and emerging (disruptive) industries. If you’re wondering about my professional background, it’s quite diverse: art, literature, and music; organizational management; and finance. In short, I come from the arts and made a career as a “creative” in finance.
As a practitioner, I place great emphasis on style and rhetoric, as information is best conveyed in a compelling manner. In other words, information is relevant only if it can make people think differently or take action. Information alone can’t accomplish this, but style can.
